Our puppies are raised in a loving family environment within our home, our puppies have been whelped in our bedroom in a large whelping box depending on the season the room is temperature controlled with either heating or cooling our puppies always have a heat mat that they can sleep on or move away from, having them in our room allows us to hear every peep they are checked on throughout the nights and in case of a big litter puppies are rotated through the night and day making sure everyone gets the best go at the milk bar. we are currently designing a large whelping room across from our bedroom which will have baby monitors so I can still hear everything , the room is large enough for us to move around and to be comfortable during whelping, We are always present during whelping and I don't leave the house for the last week before they are due.

Our dogs are raised on a healthy raw diet with plenty of variety and this is also how we raise our puppies there are no commercial dry/tin pet foods ever used. you can be assured your future puppy has been raised on the best raw food available, we also add goats milk and vets all natural raw muesli and Balanced life protein meals to be sure they get all the vitamins and minerals they need, puppies are chewing on chicken frames by 4 weeks old as well as big meaty lamb bones. we are always loading photo's and videos to Facebook of our puppies enjoying feed times.

By 3 weeks old our puppies are strong enough and active enough to move into the big puppy play room where they can run and play with all sorts of different things like tunnels, ball pits, lots of different toys, this room is across from our bedroom so we still hear the puppies during the night it is also near the kitchen so the puppies hear lots of different noises from blenders, coffee machine, banging and clanging , they also hear music and the vacuum cleaner and the usual household noises. we allow our puppies fun family time within the room as well as the whole house, we welcome new puppy owners the chance to come and visit puppies from 4 weeks old as much as they like, we also have friends visit as well as other Asherah family puppy owners, we like to make sure our puppies get to meet as many people as possible.

Our puppy play room is cleaned and disinfected on a daily basis as well as blankets and toys, our puppies are kept clean even if it's a daily freshen up with a baby wipe or warm face washer,

By 4 weeks old we allow our puppies play time outside so they can explore the dirt, grass and water, Our puppy play room opens up to an undercover decked area then out to a large yard. Puppies are never left outside unsupervised or during the night, this yard also adjoins our other dog yard so when puppies are out playing they get to meet the others through the fence.

 

from days old our puppies learn to have their bodies, feet, mouths and faces touched as they get older we trim toenails, puppies are bathed for the first time between 4 and 5 weeks old and we will bath them once a week.

Our puppies take car rides and we teach them to sit and shake hands, we use Happy Paws Tuna Fudge for this as they really love it and it is nice and soft as a bonus it is also all natural.
